This Valentine’s season, we chose to celebrate love in its purest and most meaningful form. Our students explored the true meaning of love by using a camera to capture what fills their hearts with joy and gratitude.
Through their lenses, they photographed the people and moments that matter most to them for example: their families, their pets, their friends, and the simple everyday connections that make life special. Each picture told a story. Each image reflected affection, appreciation, and the beautiful way children see the world.
It was incredibly touching to witness how thoughtfully they expressed their feelings. This activity not only encouraged creativity, but also helped them reflect on love as something we live and share every day.
En esta temporada de San Valentín, elegimos celebrar el amor en su forma más pura y significativa. Nuestros estudiantes exploraron el verdadero significado del amor utilizando una cámara para capturar aquello que llena sus corazones de alegría y gratitud.
A través de sus cámaras, fotografiaron a las personas y los momentos que más valoran por ejemplo: sus familias, sus mascotas, sus amigos y esas conexiones cotidianas que hacen la vida especial. Cada imagen contó una historia. Cada fotografía reflejó cariño, agradecimiento y la hermosa manera en que los niños ven el mundo.
Fue realmente conmovedor presenciar la profundidad y sinceridad con la que expresaron sus sentimientos. Esta actividad no solo fomenta la creatividad, sino que también les ayudó a reflexionar sobre el amor como algo que vivimos y compartimos cada día.
