This week, our third graders have been learning and practicing plural nouns in English. Throughout the lessons, we reviewed the rules for forming plurals with -s, -es, -ies, and -ves through fun games and hands-on activities.
To continue practicing the topic, students created a beautiful “Garden of Plurals,” where each flower represented a plural word they made themselves. This project not only helped them review what they learned, but also developed their creativity, fine motor skills, focus, and teamwork.
The results were colorful, original, and full of joy!
Through activities like this, students discover that learning English can be both fun and meaningful.
Nuestro Jardín de Plurales / Our Garden of Plurals
Esta semana, los alumnos de tercer grado estuvieron aprendiendo y practicando los plurales en inglés. A lo largo de las clases, revisamos las reglas para formar plurales con -s, -es, -ies y -ves, mediante actividades dinámicas, juegos y ejercicios prácticos.
Para continuar practicando el tema, los niños crearon un hermoso “Jardín de Plurales”, donde cada flor representaba una palabra en su forma plural. Esta actividad no solo les permitió reforzar lo aprendido en inglés, sino también estimular su creatividad, motricidad fina, atención y trabajo colaborativo.
Los resultados fueron coloridos, originales y llenos de entusiasmo. A través de este tipo de experiencias, nuestros estudiantes aprenden que el inglés puede ser tan divertido como educativo.
