In our latest art activity, our young learners explored the universe through painting, brushes, and textures. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, art is a powerful way for children to express their thoughts and emotions. Using salt, sand, and grains, the children created their galaxies, each unique and full of imagination.
According to Loris Malaguzzi, “A child consists of one hundred parts. The child has a hundred languages, a hundred hands, a hundred thoughts, a hundred ways of thinking, of playing, of speaking. A hundred, always a hundred.” This activity encouraged children to express themselves in their way, reflecting their creativity and individuality.
A special thanks to Miss Pao, our Atelierista, for guiding this artistic journey and helping the children connect with the materials. Through this hands-on experience, the children discovered the endless possibilities of self-expression and creativity.
Explorando la galaxia a través del arte
En nuestra reciente actividad artística, nuestros pequeños exploraron el universo a través de la pintura con pinceles y texturas. Inspirados en la filosofía Reggio Emilia, sabemos que el arte es una forma poderosa para que los niños expresen sus pensamientos y emociones. Usando sal, arena y granos, los niños crearon sus propias galaxias, cada una única y llena de imaginación.
Como dijo Loris Malaguzzi, “El niño está hecho de cien. El niño tiene cien lenguajes, cien manos, cien pensamientos, cien maneras de pensar, de jugar, y de hablar. Cien, siempre cien.” Esta actividad animó a los niños a expresarse de manera propia, reflejando su creatividad e individualidad.
