The task seemed simple but required great focus: each kid started with six clothespins clipped to their shirts, three on the left side and three on the right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While holding a high plank position, they had to carefully remove each pin one by one. Our kids practiced their counting skills: first by identifying the pins on each side, and finally by calculating the total number of pins collected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Integral Activities Matter?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this stage of development, we believe that the most effective learning happens when we integrate multiple skills into a single task. This activity was designed to strengthen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Gross Motor Skills:<\/strong> Maintaining the plank position requires core strength, balance, and coordination.<\/li><li><strong>Fine Motor Skills:<\/strong> Using the \u00abpincer grasp\u00bb to squeeze and release the clothespins builds the finger strength necessary for writing.<\/li><li><strong>Cognitive Development:<\/strong> By counting and grouping the pins, students practically apply early math concepts.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By combining physical movement with academic concepts, we ensure that our kids develop their abilities in a well-rounded manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"ngg-galleryoverview ngg-slideshow\"\n\t \u00a1Un Desaf\u00edo de Habilidades M\u00faltiples!<\/strong><br>Recientemente, realizamos una actividad que transform\u00f3 un juego sencillo en una poderosa experiencia de aprendizaje. La tarea parec\u00eda simple, pero requer\u00eda de mucha concentraci\u00f3n: cada ni\u00f1o comenz\u00f3 con seis pinzas colocadas en su playera, tres del lado izquierdo y tres del derecho.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mientras manten\u00edan una posici\u00f3n de plancha alta, deb\u00edan retirar cuidadosamente cada pinza una por una. Nuestros alumnos practicaron sus habilidades de conteo: primero identificando las pinzas de cada lado y, finalmente, calculando el n\u00famero total de pinzas recolectadas.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 son importantes las actividades integrales?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>En esta etapa del desarrollo, creemos que el aprendizaje m\u00e1s efectivo ocurre cuando integramos m\u00faltiples habilidades en una sola tarea.
