This week, students participated in an integrated English lesson called \u201cOur Band, Our Story\u201d<\/strong>, where learning went beyond grammar and reading. The activity combined literature, grammar, art, and social-emotional learning<\/strong> in a meaningful and creative way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lesson began with a reflection on emotions and teamwork. Students discussed how working together helps people succeed and how every person plays an important role in a group. This conversation connected naturally to the study of The Beatles<\/strong>, a famous band whose success was built on collaboration, respect, and shared goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students worked in small groups to create their own bands. Each group chose a band name, identified positive values, and wrote a mini biography<\/strong> using the simple present tense<\/strong>. They expressed ideas such as helping others, respecting differences, and working as a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a final product, students designed a mini poster<\/strong> that included a drawing of their band and a short biography. This activity allowed students to practice English while expressing their identity, emotions, and creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur Band, Our Story\u201d showed that learning English can be meaningful, collaborative, and connected to students\u2019 emotional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
