Together with their families, children went on a Nature Walk at home, exploring their garden or a nearby natural space. They carefully observed what they could find and collected natural elements such as dry leaves, flower petals, small branches, and some even found empty snail shells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next day at school, children shared their findings and used a checklist to identify and mark the elements they discovered, strengthening observation, language, and connection with nature. Through this experience, children learned that nature is alive and deserves our care. We can explore, observe, and learn by always being gentle and kind with nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, this activity honored children as capable explorers and researchers. Through observation, dialogue, and shared meaning-making, children expressed their ideas, curiosity, and respect for the natural world. The collected materials became a language for thinking, connecting home and school, and deepening their sense of belonging and responsibility toward nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
