{"id":153734,"date":"2026-02-03T07:46:12","date_gmt":"2026-02-03T13:46:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.villaeducativa.edu.mx\/newspaper\/?p=153734"},"modified":"2026-02-02T17:58:04","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T23:58:04","slug":"quienes-son-nuestros-alumnos-la-generacion-alfa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.villaeducativa.edu.mx\/newspaper\/?p=153734","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQui\u00e9nes son nuestros alumnos? &#8211; La generaci\u00f3n alfa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br>La semana pasada asist\u00ed a la conferencia Insights for the Future&nbsp;of Education&nbsp;(IFE) en el Tec de Monterrey, campus Monterrey.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora sobre c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 cambiando la educaci\u00f3n&nbsp;acorde a las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas&nbsp;emergentes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un gran enfoque este a\u00f1o es la nueva generaci\u00f3n de alumnos que estamos recibiendo en secundaria, la generaci\u00f3n alfa. La generaci\u00f3n alfa son personas que nacieron a partir&nbsp;del a\u00f1o 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tienen caracter\u00edsticas&nbsp;diferentes de generaciones previas como:- priorizan la tecnolog\u00eda- consciente del ambiente- consciente&nbsp;de salud mental- inmersos en la IA- lapsos de concentraci\u00f3n&nbsp;cortos- curiosos y creativos- poca tolerancia&nbsp;para temas que no son relevantes- les interesa aprender&nbsp;sobre valores personales, virtudes y habilidades interpersonales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un mundo con mucha incertidumbre e inestabilidad pol\u00edtica, es dif\u00edcil preparar a la gente joven si no sabemos c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1&nbsp;el mundo&nbsp;y qu\u00e9 trabajos a\u00fan estar\u00e1n disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entonces tenemos que ense\u00f1ar a nuestros alumnos a ser flexibles, emp\u00e1ticos, a poder trabajar en varias situaciones, con gente diferente y una variedad de herramientas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"ngg-galleryoverview ngg-slideshow\"\n\t id=\"ngg-slideshow-17d5755b6c874689edf72e6238701573-6584615000\"\n     data-gallery-id=\"17d5755b6c874689edf72e6238701573\"\n     style=\"max-width: 600px;
