Last week we went to the Light Lab to review the letters from the first block we have been working on for these months. The kids were very excited because the Light Lab is always a special place for them, as it is full of colors and various materials.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this class, we worked in learning stations; each one was designed to help them practice letters in a different and fun way. We had 3 stations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tracing Station:<\/strong> Students followed each letter using materials on the light table; they had to use their grip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Letter Hunt Station:<\/strong> At this station, students searched for the plastic letters that I had named. They had to pick them up using tweezers, which made the challenge even more exciting and also helped their fine motor skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building Station:<\/strong> Kids used different materials to build each letter. They got very creative and enjoyed building out the letters <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this class, we continued developing their fine motor skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This activity was incredible, and kids were fully engaged from beginning to end. For them, working in the Light Lab is always fantastic because they enjoy this room a lot.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
