Each child chose a rod and placed it on the table, forming an imaginary train. Each wagon represented a different number, and the children carefully counted the passengers boarding each one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The activity encouraged collaboration, as the children worked together, shared the rods, and took care of the materials like treasures. During the activity, we heard enthusiastic expressions such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u00abMy wagon is light green and has three passengers!\u00bb\u00a0 \u00a0 <strong><em>Amaia Gonz\u00e1lez<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li>\u00abI put nine passengers in my blue wagon!\u00bb <strong><em>Gael Lara<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li>\u00abDon\u2019t let the passengers fall; let\u2019s count again!\u201d\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <strong><em>David Flores<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end, kids shared their reflections and conclusions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u00abI learned that I can count many things if I put them in a line.\u00bb\u00a0 \u00a0 <strong><em>Mafer C\u00e1zares<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li>\u00abI like working with my friends because we all help each Vite<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Home Reinforcement Recommendations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Repeat the game at home:<\/strong> Invite your child to make trains using any rods available at home, assigning several passengers to each wagon.<br><\/li><li><strong>Count out loud:<\/strong> Ask the child to say the number of passengers out loud while placing them on each rod.<br><\/li><li><strong>Compare sizes and colors:<\/strong> Encourage the child to arrange the rods by color or length and count how many passengers fit in each train.<br><\/li><li><strong>Take care of materials:<\/strong> Reinforce the importance of looking after the rods and storing them safely after play.<br><\/li><li><strong>Connect to everyday life:<\/strong> Count fruits, toys, or books and relate them to the number of passengers in the train.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This activity helps children explore numbers, quantity, and sequencing in a fun and autonomous way, following the Reggio regletas<\/strong><br>Los peque\u00f1os de K3A participaron en la actividad <strong>\u00abPasajeros al tren\u00bb<\/strong> utilizando regletas de colores para explorar los primeros principios de conteo. Cada peque\u00f1o eligi\u00f3 una regleta y la coloc\u00f3 sobre la mesa, formando un tren imaginario. Cada vag\u00f3n representaba un n\u00famero diferente y los ni\u00f1os contaban cuidadosamente los pasajeros que sub\u00edan a cada uno.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La actividad foment\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n, ya que los ni\u00f1os trabajaron en equipo, compartieron las regletas y cuidaron los materiales como si fueran tesoros.
