The preschool stage is a key period for children\u2019s overall development. During these years, they begin to build essential skills that will benefit them throughout their lives. Two fundamental aspects at this stage are teamwork and gross motor skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Encouraging collaboration among young children not only strengthens their ability to solve conflicts and communicate but also promotes values such as respect, empathy, and solidarity. On the other hand, the development of gross motor skills, related to movements such as running, jumping, or climbing, is crucial for their physical well-being, coordination, and independence. For this reason, it is important to stimulate these areas from an early age so that our children grow up confident, active, and with social skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To strengthen these abilities in the classroom, our kids took a challenge that allowed them to test both their physical and emotional skills. They walked along a \u201ctightrope,\u201d crawled through a tunnel under the tables, climbed over chairs, and worked together to hold a balloon between their bellies without using their hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developing these skills also helps children to build frustration tolerance, as they don\u2019t always succeed on the first try. We also encourage them to observe their friends, not to compare themselves, but to learn from one another. This, without a doubt, has a positive impact on their self-esteem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
