Last month, the first grade students started a fun project in English class called \u201cMy House.\u201d They learned the names of the rooms in a house like kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom. To practice the words, they made their own little paper houses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project helped them learn new English words, but it also helped them practice other skills like cutting, folding, and gluing. They had to follow steps and work carefully, so they also practiced paying attention, being patient, and using their creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best part is that the project is still going! The students wanted to keep adding more things to their houses. They have made furniture, decorations, and even little people that live and play inside their houses. Some students are even creating stories with their characters!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project shows that learning English can be fun and creative\u2014especially when we use our hands and imagination!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are so proud of how much our children have learned and how excited they are to keep building and imagining. Their houses show not only their English skills, but also their big hearts and creative minds!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
